Enterprise Systems Distributed Video

video distributionIf you have the same or different signal you need broadcasted throughout an entire campus or facility, video distribution provides the backbone—whether you’re sending the feed to 100 classrooms or televisions around a stadium.

What does a video distribution system look like?

Much like digital signage, a video distribution system will not look like anything more than a display on the wall. A correctly installed video distribution system will not reveal hanging wires, but will keep the display area neat. All wires are hidden behind walls, and all the equipment is stored in a rack, out of sight and out of reach for every day users.

How do we control our video distribution system?

You can still have a media player (Blu-ray, DVD) at each television for local use, but the equipment for global broadcast is stored in a central place. Handheld remotes or touch panels control individual TVs, or they can all be controlled from a central point.
