A climate control system provides comfort, convenience and energy savings for your home. With programmable thermostats, you can set your HVAC units to automatically turn off and on based on your daily schedule. Remote access to your home allows you to monitor and adjust your home’s temperature from anywhere you have a connection to the Internet.
What does Climate Control look like?
Climate control systems use all of the same parts of a traditional HVAC system. The primary difference is that the thermostats connect to the control system we install. An available option is to remove thermostats to a location near the equipment rack and use remote temperature sensors in their place. Your painter will texture and paint the remote temperature sensors to match the surrounding walls.
What are my control options for Climate Control?
For control while in the home, use DESTV, touchpanels, buttons on thermostat, iPad. For climate control while away from home, use iPad and XPanel. Our control systems allow you to quickly and easily see the current room temperature or humidity setting and change them with a few button presses.
How does climate control integrate with other systems?
While we program many of the basic daily functions of the climate control system to work automatically, we often integrate it with the security system. If your security system detects smoke, the climate control system will automatically turn off all its functions. This function can help limit the spread of smoke throughout the home as your family safely exits.
